Well, several meals have been eaten (not all necessarily by me) and it seems like the consensus is that the concept is good, but that the recipes leave room for improvement. We were joking around while making them saying that they seemed to all have mustard in the recipes and were probably geared toward a midwestern palate, for example, nothing was really spicy or garlicky.
What we can all agree on is that everyone likes the convenience of having the food there just ready to eat. So, I think next time, we're going to all submit recipes we think would freeze well and try to do the freezer concept with recipes we already love and see how we like that!
